Once injected, BOTOX lasts up to 3 months. After 3 months, the toxin begins to dissolve and the muscle will regain movement.

The most common areas treated with Botox at our office are:
-Cheek muscles to aid in relief from clenching and grinding teeth
-Between the eyebrows to eliminate ‘grumpy lines’ or ‘11’s’
-Across the forehead to eliminate horizontal wrinkles
-Side of the eyes to minimize crows’ feet -
Botox is measured in ‘units’ and the amount needed to treat a specific area depends on each person. On average, one treatment site will require 10-30 units per treatment.
